At Individual Baits, we make all our baits fresh to order so they arrive in perfect condition.

Fresh & Frozen Baits

• Made to order and dispatched next working day.

• Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery.

Other Products

• Smaller items: sent via Royal Mail (1–3 working days).

• Larger items: sent via courier.

Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–5 working days.

• Delivery times may vary slightly for remote areas.

Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

• Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders.

Important Notes

• We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by couriers. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.
